The Remedy offers traditional notes of caramel, cocoa, and dried fruit, flavour attributes we’ve become accustomed to in North America. It’s traditional notes, heavy mouthfeel and mild acidity result from a balanced roast of three established growing regions: Brazil, Guatemala & Peru.
Designed to offer the same exceptional cup quality you’d expect from our premium single origin line, the traditional profile of the Remedy offers more reliable taste across multiple brewing methods.
Our Brazil Sul De Minas comes from a two family owned estates near the City of Varginha, both of which have been operating since the early 1900's. This natural processed coffee adds complexity, sweetness and a syrupy texture to the overall brew.
To accent the Brazilian's character, we use a Guatemala San Marcos, a coffee that matures slowly at 1372 meters above sea level in Volcanic soil. The slower maturation of this coffee produces brighter notes of orange citrus with a milky mouthfeel exclusive to this Guatemalan region.
Finally, our Peru San Ignacio's adds intensity to the blend with decadent notes of dark chocolate, rich caramel and a subtle nutty finish.

Our coffee comes from small holder farms & cooperatives that are paid a equitable market premium for their work. Allowing them to have a living wage, healthy working conditions and create opportunities for entrepreneurship.
