- Brightness (Guatemala San Marcos): Cultivated at 1372 MASL in nutrient-rich volcanic soil, the slow maturation of these cherries introduces a vibrant citrus acidity and a refined, creamy tactile quality unique to the San Marcos microclimate.
- Intensity (Peru San Ignacio): This component serves as the aromatic powerhouse, contributing deep-toned development. It rounds out the palate with decadent dark chocolate, heavy caramelization, and a clean, nutty finish.
