Local Delivery (Calgary, Canmore, Okotoks, Airdrie, Drumheller, Banff, Chestermere):
- We are pleased to offer free local delivery to residents of Calgary, Canmore, Okotoks, Airdrie, Drumheller, Banff, and Chestermere.
- Delivery times for local orders will typically be within 3 business days from the date of order placement.
- You will receive a notification with estimated delivery details once your order has been processed.
Nationwide Shipping (Roasted Coffee)
- We offer free nationwide shipping on all coffee product orders exceeding $35.00 CAD
- For coffee product orders under $35.00 CAD, a standard shipping fee will apply, calculated at checkout.
- Delivery times for nationwide shipping may vary depending on your location. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for delivery.
Nationwide Shipping (Physical Merchandise, Non-Coffee Consumables, Wholesale):
- For all physical merchandise, non-coffee consumables (syrups, alternative milks, etc.) and wholesale items, delivery outside of Calgary, Canmore, Okotoks, Airdrie, Drumheller, Banff, and Chestermere are subject to a flat rate shipping fee.
- The flat rate shipping fee is $12.00 and will be applied to your order at checkout.
- Delivery times for nationwide shipping may vary depending on your location. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for delivery.
Replacement Shipping:
While we offer free initial shipping on qualifying orders, please be aware that requests for replacement products, regardless of the reason for replacement, are subject to a flat rate shipping charge.
- This flat rate shipping charge for replacement items is $12.00, before applicable sales tax.
- This charge covers the cost of restocking, packaging and shipping the replacement item(s) to your designated address.
- This charge will be required to be paid before the replacement item is shipped.
General Shipping Information:
- We utilize Purolator, UPS, Canada Post and Fedex for our deliveries.
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delivery delays.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
