TASTE
A balanced blend of a natural processed & washed coffees, we wanted to create something sweet, mellow & distinctly mild in acid. With tasting notes of vanilla, cherry and rich brown sugar, it's a crowd favourite that shares the tasty notes of a sweet bourbon whisky. As the name would suggest, this coffee is incredibly versatile and a viable option for everything from pour-over to pulling a heavy bodied espresso.
ORIGIN
The primary component of the blend is a natural processed Brazilian coffee, from the Barbosa Family, in Fazenda Sucuri, and was purchased by Direct Trade. The Barbosas have a long tradition of coffee production, dating back to the 20th century, and continues to this day with multiple generations working together.
Each bean brings their own character to the cup, creating an overall sweetness that balances the sharper notes of stone fruit & vanilla.
