    We source our Specialty Coffee both direct from coffee producers and through talented Canadian importers. We focus on supporting small to medium sized farms and locally run cooperatives with fair coffee prices. These above market premiums allow for living wages, healthy working conditions and improvements to their infrastructure.

    We meticulously craft each roast profile over the course of several months, then partner with Alberta's best roasters to turn our vision into reality. We maintain strict quality control every step of the way, roasting in small batches, assessing each coffee before packaging and shipping it out to you fresh.
