"Our decaf is carefully selected from our farms and neighboring family lots around the Coffee Heart of Colombia. It is cupped before the decaffeination process to ensure that its cup profile complements its best qualities. The sugar cane EA Decaffeination process, derived naturally from sugar cane, acts as a magnet for caffeine while preserving the coffee's original characteristics, resulting in a high-quality decaf coffee full of flavor. This coffee is fully washed."
