A warm & vibrant experience, this blend of smallholder lots from Colombia & Papua New Guinea might just be the nicest coffee we offer. Roasted to a golden brown for a balance between caramelization and enzymatic acidity, this coffee pops with flavor while maintaining a refreshingly clean mouthfeel.

Story

A combination of our highest rated coffees, the Colombian Acevedo Blend & Grade A Papua New Guinea, the Weekend is our flagship. The intention was to create the best tasting contemporary espresso possible, so we spent over 4 months formulating this blend, and in doing so, discovered its brilliance on filter. The weekend is our masterpiece and one we would not hesitate to offer to any third wave coffee shop or specialty enthusiast.

 Brewing Recommendation

Take care brewing a large batch on a Chemex for friends & family, a V60 or save it for a time you can really dial it on espresso.
