A Tropical Escape
This syrupy, vibrant blend offers a forward experience of tropical fruits. It combines coffees from two vastly different terroirs: Antioquia, Colombia, and Jiwaka, Papua New Guinea. Roasted to a golden brown, expect a balance of sweetness, with notes of pomegranate, caramel, and melon, complemented by a syrupy mouthfeel.
This coffee shines on espresso, delivering a rich body with a perfect balance between sweet and sour notes. For those seeking more pronounced character, filter brewing unlocks the full potential of its acidity and clarity.
Producing Regions
Our Colombian foundation comes from a blend of Castillo and Caturra beans, meticulously processed by dedicated farmers on small, high-altitude farms near Medellín. This rich base is complemented by a natural Papua New Guinea blend from the Kindeng Dry Mill. Sourced from 1500 small-scale farmers, these sun-dried Arusha, Bourbon, and Typica beans add a unique sweetness and complexity.
