In the northwest corner of Peru, near the base of Ecuador, lies the province of San Ignacio, known for its coffee, honey, and natural forests. Our latest release, Solidario Lot 84, captures the distinct character of this region.
Its innate sweet nutty flavours pair well with it's green apple-like acidity and natural sweetness. Our hot, fast roast amplifies the coffee's crisp finish and clean cup, leaving a lasting impression.

This blend comes from the Asociación de Productores Agropecuarios Café Solidario, a farming collective established in 2017 in the Cajamarca region.
This organization of 80 coffee producers emerged from a shared commitment to better environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and quality control in coffee production. With a focus on producing the highest quality coffees, they reinvest their profits into stimulating the local economy. They innovate organic farming techniques by implementing agroforestry and securing more sustainable prices for their members.
