TASTE

The Peru Cajamarca, a decaffeinated coffee that is not only satisfying but also grown organic & meets the rigorous standards required to receive a Fairtrade Certification. Roasted medium dark to pull out notes of cocoa, vanilla wafer; traces of red grape, it certainly hits the "coffee" spot in the evenings.

We cannot recommend this coffee enough for a nightcap Espresso, Latte or Cappuccino.

SWISS WATER PROCESS®

This Peruvian bean is rendered 99.9% caffeine free through the SWISS WATER® decaffeination process, using only water, temperature & time. Traditionally, a side effect of decaffeination involves removing desirable aromatics & solutes that contribute to the coffees taste or texture. The Swiss Water Process is much gentler, by removing caffeine with water alone, the coffee beans maintain much more of it's original taste without any chemicals agents.
