Coffee Origin

Blended from small lots near the town of Acevedo, the farms of this region are known to produce some of the highest quality Coffees in all of Colombia. The Acevedo blend comes from the Finca La Florida by Gilberto Rojas and was combined & facilitated by Apex Imports.

Our Take

When we received this Colombian, the aroma of the coffee alone was so rich in red fruit & fresh chlorophyll we knew it would be a pleasure to roast . It's  approachable nutty flavour & red apple acidity lend itself towards a high clarity, balanced cup, made best with pour-over brewers.
